Therefore, injection mold plays a vital role in the production of plastic products. Generally speaking, the characteristics of plastic handle molds are as follows:
1. The design is difficult. Plastic is a polymer material, and its melt belongs to viscoelastic body. The melt flow process changes with shear stress and shear speed. In the flow process, macromolecules are oriented along the flow direction. It is partially compressed after filling the mold cavity. During the cooling and curing process, the shrinkage of the plastic is very complex. The shrinkage rates of various parts and directions in the mold cavity are different, and the shrinkage rates of different types and brands of resin are also very different. Full attention should be paid to when designing the injection mold.
2. High manufacturing cost. Plastic handle molds are designed for the shape and specification of specific plastic products. Therefore, the structures of various injection molds vary greatly. It is impossible to buy them at will in the market or produce them in batches.
3. Short production cycle. At present, the competition of products is fierce. Therefore, every manufacturer is racing against time and doing its best to put products on the market as soon as possible, which requires that the time from design, manufacturing to production of injection mold should be shortened as far as possible.
4. High technical content. Some of the shape molding of injection molded products are very complex, with high requirements for size and accuracy, and most of them are main components, which brings great difficulties to the design and manufacturing of plastic handle molds. In order to manufacture molds on time according to quality, we must invest elite soldiers and strong generals and concentrate on the advanced technology in mechanical manufacturing.
