Pay attention to check the mold cavity of the bottle cap mold

The hot runner of the bottle cap mold adopts the design of PE (polyolefin) hot runner without gate commonly used abroad. The spring electric heating ring is heated in beryllium copper pipe. The hot runner nozzle controls the temperature separately. The mold is produced under automatic conditions without frequent operation by employees, so as to reduce the labor force of workers. The key parts of the mold (core, cavity and slider) are made of German mirror antirust steel and pass through the hot place (hrc45), which ensures the service life of the mold and the quality of the bottle. The turning center is used to ensure the machining quality of parts and realize mutual matching. The process is stable and the use effect is good, which can be comparable with imported molds.

In order to ensure that the injection bottle cap mold can work normally and get qualified products. In the process of using the mold, the mold parts must be checked, because each part of the injection mold must be affected by various forces. Each part in the mold needs to have the strength to bear various forces and the rigidity to make the tensile and compressive deformation within the allowable range. Therefore, after the preliminary completion of the die structure design, the strength and stiffness must be checked.

The standard of checking whether the mold cavity of the bottle cap mold is excessively deformed is very important. Because when the injection bottle cap mold is working, the cavity has to bear high injection pressure, which makes the mold parts bear great stress. Therefore, special attention should be paid in the design to prevent excessive deformation or damage of various parts after the die cavity is stressed.
