Process description of surface treatment of bottle cap mould

1. The hardness of the film determines the wear resistance of the plated parts.

2. The surface friction coefficient of the film is low, which is conducive to the lubrication of the workpiece surface and a factor to improve the wear resistance.

3. The film forming temperature will affect the quality of the original steel. Higher temperature will produce annealing or tempering effect on the steel and reduce the hardness and toughness of the substrate.

4. The film-forming technology determines whether the film is easy to fall off. Generally, the relatively new technology adopts the ion implantation method to embed the film into the surface of the substrate, so as to improve the adhesion between the film and the substrate.
